A famous creperie in the Marais district: Le Breizh Café
This February the 2nd is the feast of gourmets! Indeed, since this day is the day of the Chandeleur.
Little historical anecdote: the Chandeleur is an ancient Pagan and Latin feast which consists in celebrating the presentation of the child Jesus in the Temple. Tradition has it that we celebrate this moment 40 days after Christmas. The name “chandeleur” derives its roots from the word “candles”, traditionally used for this occasion.
In this period of festivities we offer you an address of crêpes: the Breizh Café, the best pancake/crêpes restaurant in Paris.
The contemporary establishment dressed in light wood offers traditional and creative recipes, all with organic and quality products.
This creperie is so famous that it is imperative to have a reservation if you want to have lunch or for a gourmet break.
We guarantee it’s worth a visit!
