Assemblages, a wine bar and cabinet workshop in the Marais
Have you ever spent an evening drinking a good glass of wine in a bar in Paris and telling yourself that you like the furniture the bartender is wearing? Or did you ever have the urge to ask the restaurant owner or did he just find this beautiful couch?
At Assemblage, your two loves for good wine and furniture meet and complement each other. Indeed this place offers to taste good bottles … and to buy furniture of decoration if we fall for it !
Behind a beautiful industrial canopy during the day, it is the cabinetmaker Eric Wilmot fine wine expert, who works in his workshop before transforming the space in the evening to give way to the customers from 18H.
The furniture changes regularly. On the wine side you will find organic dry and fruity Corbières Blanc, from the Montfin Land at 29 € per bottle, Costière de Nîmes bio du Château d'Or et de Gueules at 29 € per bottle, Egia Tegia at 33 € per bottle or Pic Saint-Loup du Domaine de Villeneuve at 37 € per bottle.
Accompanied by your drink, you can also enjoy tapas, and on Sundays it is a brunch that is offered.
