You've probably never heard of the Merveilleux ... this unusual pastry whose origin is shared between Belgium and the north of France.
Frédéric Vaucamps, the pastry-chocolatier, who wrote him a new page in 1985. He revisits the traditional recipe of the Merveilleux to gain in lightness and decline it in several fragrances. He created his own recipe, and even today some fruity and colorful versions.
Since 2008, the brand has opened several boutiques in the greatest capitals (Paris, London, Brussels, New-York).
