Aux Prés, a Parisian restaurant that really should not be missed
Originally a cult address in the midst of Saint Germain des Prés. A place that has seen the world go by since the 1950s. Actors, singers, politicians; all Paris sat on the leather seats of the restaurant Claude Sainlouis.
In 2011, when the opportunity presented itself, Cyril Lignac did not hesitate to restore to the taste of the day the bistronomic cuisine of this Saint Germain des Prés institution. Sensitive to the history and the spirit of the place, the chef pays tribute to the finest ingredients sourced from France and elsewhere. Healthy organic eggs, green asparagus vinaigrette, squid, Simmental tenderloin beef, mashed potatoes, rum baba, and Bourbon vanilla whipped cream are as prominent on the menu as the new classics. It’s all proof that happiness is, indeed, Aux Prés!
