Demodé, the concept store in lifestyle 2.0 mode
After creating the renowned children’s clothing brand, Bonpoint, Marie-France Cohen and her husband Bernard went on to create Merci, a concept store with profoundly ethical roots and charitable intent. Not content to rest on her richly deserved laurels, however, Marie-France has now launched another inspired venture, this time with her daughter-in-law Stéphanie Cohen and their friend Elysa Masliah.
While waiting to find the perfect location to set up their new design and décor store cum showroom they are successively setting up in various places chosen for their charm and singularity.
This first act, An Artist at Home, was born from the collaboration with the painter Gaël Davrinche. Staged until March 2018 in the small but legendary Bistrot Tourrette at 70 Rue de Grenelle, this decor showcase will change regularly in accordance with the colours, paintings and discoveries available. Twenty-five designs on velvet, linen, leather and paper along with a choice of fragrances, accessories and other items designed to beautify your living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. You can order directly on-line from the Démodé e-shop.
