Galerie Vivienne

Galerie Vivienne

For those who love covered passages, don’t miss the one of Galerie Vivienne which constitutes one of the most luxurious of Paris. Built in 1823 by the architect Jean-François Delannoy, this Galerie met quickly a large success thanks to the quality of its stores but mostly for its proximity from Palais Royal, which represented at that time the center of the Parisian life.

Still now, this passage preserves its elegance with its luxurious ready-to-wear boutiques, coffees, tea rooms, arts galleries and bookshops.

Come over there just to wander and discover the colorful mosaics on the ground!
