Winner of the Gault & Millau Award for Young Talents with his restaurant Tomy & Co, the young chef Tomy Gousset also proposes his cuisine in the restaurant Hugo & Co in the heart of the Latin Quarter. And right in front of the Monge hotel!
A relaxed cuisine, turned towards pleasure and sharing, with winks to popular cuisine that takes us on a journey to Asia, but also to Italy or the United States. That is Tomy Gousset's ambition for this restaurant. Crostini with avocado and red radish, 36-month Parmesan cheese, fish & chips hake and shaved garden vegetables with tartar sauce, or mango ice cream and tapioca with cottage cheese, it's a journey full of flavors that begins around the concrete guest table in the center of the room or on a table stand at the counter.
This cosmopolitan-influenced menu will change with the seasons and the harvest of vegetables from his organic garden at the Château de Courances. A raw nature that sets the tempo in the plate as in the decoration of the place. Covered with wooden crates, the walls set the scene for this authentic place, inspired by the organic restaurants of the Brooklyn district in New York. A real escape, without going through the "big departures"!
