Juice Lab, a cold pressed organic juice bar
Born to French parents in Santa Fe, New Mexico, one of the pioneer cities in the United States of the green movement, and after spending a few years in New York where she witnessed the Juice Boom, Mandarine Rouff returned to Paris convinced of the benefits to be gained by regularly drinking cold pressed juice. Today, this Franco-American with the apropos first name is flourishing in Paris, having just opened her third Juice Lab in the capital. The secret of her success? Recipes developed in accordance with the harvests and seasons, and in collaboration with the American SPE Certified food industry standard, which works with nutritionists and star chefs to guarantee the high nutritional value of natural and organic juices combined with original flavours. Juice Lab creations are detoxifying, energising and nutritious. The juices are fresh pressed daily from 100% natural organic fruits and vegetables sourced from local producers. They are gluten-free, non-pasteurised, additive-free and contain the enzymes, vitamins and minerals your body needs. Mandarine also offers superfood smoothies and vegan food and healthy snacks, as well as her famous energy balls in four different flavours.
