KOKORO
…which means "heart" in Japanese, is a cozy restaurant located just behind our hotel. Founded by Sakura Mori of Japanese origins and Frédéric Charrier, a Frenchmen from the Vendée region, Kokoro appears as a beautiful mix of two great food approaches. With a 25€ menu at lunch and a 30€ to 48€ menu at dinner, the restaurant offers various elaborate dishes such as guinea fowl sausage with a spring onion sauce, veal rump with eggplant, spiced bulgur wheat with round zucchini. Already hungry by reading this? We know. These guys are the true magicians! They know how to make your kokoro melt.
