LE BHV Marais
Paris, 1856. François Xavier Ruel has the ambitious idea of creating the best market in Paris. Bets dared but more accomplished since the small shop on the rue de Rivoli has turned into an essential Parisian institution during its 160 years of existence. The BHV (formerly called in any word "Bazaar of the Hotel de Ville") is the oldest department store in France. It is the central point of the Marais district.
You will find your happiness because the establishment offers nearly 900 brands in various fields: home, fashion, beauty, jewelry, design, DIY, leisure and restaurants. You will also discover its unique Parisian architecture that has evolved over time and is worth seeing.
