Le Georges, an arty restaurant on the roof of the Pompidou Centre
Situated on the top floor of the extraordinary Pompidou Centre, the Georges is one of the highest restaurants in the capital. A place to see and be seen, but also to enjoy. The unique decor by Jakob + MacFarlane is almost upstaged by the breath-taking view. The menu is intended to be equally radical and contemporary, with shrimp tempura ‘Thierry Burlot’, silver cod ‘Alan Yau’, plus strawberries and raspberries. It’s an art! JR
Open on Monday, Wednesday and Sunday from midday to midnight, and on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from midday to 2 a.m. Closed on Tuesdays.
At just 24 minutes by walk from the Hotel Monge.
