Live the Olympic Games at the Trocadero gardens!
July 23, 2021, one year after the date initially planned, it is the beginning of the Olympic Games of Tokyo. A special edition, the first in history to have been postponed, to take place in an odd year and not to welcome spectators from abroad.
For this reason, Paris Plages has created a new site specially designed for the occasion to allow all the fans to follow the event on a big screen in front of the Eiffel Tower.
It is a village installed in the Trocadero Gardens that will offer free live broadcasting of the Olympic Games from July 23 to August 8, then the Paralympic Games from August 24 to September 5. Moreover, thanks to the mobilization of the Olympic federations, you will have the possibility of testing many sports disciplines and meeting the medal-winning athletes on their return from Tokyo
For those who fear the summer heat, don't be afraid! Umbrellas, shaded plant towers, water fountains and misting devices have been provided so that you can cool off at any time.
