"Paris Romantique, 1815-1848" at Petit Palais
The Petit Palais presents a major exhibition "Romantic Paris", which invites you to discover Paris during its romantic years, from the fall of Napoleon to the revolution of 1848.
Through more than 600 works (paintings, sculptures, costumes, objects of art and furniture) the museum offers you an immersion in the artistic, cultural and political melting pot of this time. Stroll through the Parisian capital to discover its emblematic neighborhoods: the Tuileries, the Palais-Royal, New Athens, Notre Dame Cathedral, or the Grands Boulevards and their theaters.
Part of this exhibition dedicated to literary and social fairs is presented at the Museum of Romantic Life.
