A veritable haven of greenery between Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Latin Quarter, the Luxembourg garden is inspired by the Florentine garden of ‘Boboli’. The garden is split into two parts, one French garden and one English garden. Between the two, lies a geometric forest and a large pond. There is also an orchard with a variety of old and forgotten apples, an apiary, to learn about bee-keeping and greenhouses with a col- lection of breathtaking orchids and a rose garden.
In the heart of the Latin Quarter, the Jardin des Plantes promises you beauti- ful discoveries between its botanical garden rich of four centuries of scientific adventures, its National Museum of Natural History and its menagerie ... You will really appreciate a walk with the sunshine.
Between the Louvre Museum and ‘Place de la Concorde’, you will discover the oldest and largest garden in Paris. This masterpiece of classical gardens houses trees of various kinds, some of them have been in place since the Second Empire, statues and basins.
