Winner of the Gault & Millau Endowment for Young Talents with his restaurant Tomy & Co, which opened last year in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, the young chef Tomy Gousset is making his mark on the early spring with this new place in the heart of the Latin Quarter.
The chef Anthony Hamon, a native of Saint Brieuc, who has just been named the young talent of 2017 by the Gault et Millau guide, takes his inspiration from Brittany, or to be more specific, from Cézembre, a small uninhabited island located in Saint Malo Bay.
Sensitive to the history and the spirit of the place, the chef has preserved the unique atmosphere and authenticity that form its character.
